Parikshit understands the nuances of public policy, stakeholder management, and urban and rural planning.
With a BSc. DBM, IIM Bengaluru, and Bachelor of Mass Communications to his credit, he has proven expertise in crisis and issues management in the PR industry with a rich experience of over 15 years in public relations. He has over 12 years of experience as a journalist, covering socio-political issues with Press Trust of India, India Today and Mumbai Mirror—covering the state administration and city infrastructure. A journalist turned communications professional he is a Specialist in strategic marketing & crisis communications with over 18 years of quantifiable experience.
Presently working as Group Head with Adfactors PR, the premier PR agency of the country for last over five years. A senior member of the Agency’s Infrastructure & Realty SBU, he is experienced in handling complex mandates like Hindustan Construction Company (HCC), Lavasa, Essar Group & Kalpataru among others.
His area of expertise is taking proactive approach and ability to think critically with proven directional capabilities for varied industry segments – Infrastructure, Real Estate, Financial services, Shipping & Logistics. He also has expertise in developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders (investors, shareholders, media, customers and other external publics) through consistent communication and dialogue. In this age of social media where things take very little time to go viral how to manage and maintain the reputation of the organization is very vital and organizations pay very little attention to this. The reputation can be areas of how you treat and handle employees, how you manage local social caste culture issues, how you handle adverse situations like economic downturns affecting your organizations, how you handle your vendors and partner organizations, what statements you make in the public and the image or perception people have of your organization.
